SCOPE
This policy covers the current OZVANO pre-launch website and early-access sign-ups. We do not currently accept orders or collect card details on this site. It will be updated before checkout or new tracking tools are introduced.
INFORMATION YOU SHARE
When you join the list, we store your email address, sign-up source and creation/update timestamps. A discount sign-up also stores a generated discount code and may record its redemption when that feature is active. Consent is required to submit the current sign-up form. Messages you send through Instagram are also subject to that platform’s privacy practices.
WHY WE USE IT
We use sign-up information to manage the early-access list, provide discount codes and send release news you requested. Sign-up is voluntary. We may also process technical information to operate, secure and troubleshoot the site. Consent is the basis for requested marketing; other processing uses an applicable legal basis, such as legitimate operational interests, where permitted.
BROWSER STORAGE
The discount popup uses local storage on your device to remember whether it was minimized or an offer was claimed. Clearing site data removes these preferences and may make the popup appear again. We do not currently include advertising pixels or analytics scripts in the website application. Hosting providers may process technical logs or use security mechanisms.
SERVICE PROVIDERS & TRANSFERS
Website hosting, data storage and communications providers may process information to deliver these services. Information may be processed outside your country. Where legally required, applicable safeguards must be used for international transfers. We do not sell your personal information.
RETENTION & SECURITY
We retain sign-up data while it is needed for the requested updates or legitimate legal and operational purposes. We will review deletion requests and retain only information still required by law or for justified purposes. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
YOUR CHOICES
You can withdraw marketing consent or request access, correction or deletion by contacting us. Additional rights, including restriction, objection, portability or a complaint to a relevant data-protection authority, may apply depending on your location. Withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful processing. Use the unsubscribe option in marketing emails when available, or contact us directly.
ORDER TRACKING PREVIEW
The current tracking form does not send or store the order number, email address or tracking number you type. No live order lookup is performed.
