OZVANO is in pre-launch. We are not accepting orders or payments yet. This page explains what will be confirmed before sales open.
DESTINATIONS & COSTS
Supported destinations, shipping services and the full delivery charge will be displayed before payment. Shipping prices and any free-shipping offer are not active until published with their eligible destinations and conditions.
DISPATCH & DELIVERY
Processing time and estimated transit time will be stated separately before you order. Any preorder will be clearly identified with its expected dispatch window. No delivery timeframe is currently promised.
TRACKING
After dispatch, tracking details will be provided when available. Our Track Your Order page is currently a visual preview and does not retrieve shipment information.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT CHARGES
Before international sales open, we will explain whether import taxes, duties and carrier clearance charges are included or payable on arrival. Free shipping, when offered, does not itself mean that import charges are included.
DELAYS OR DELIVERY ISSUES
If a parcel is delayed, missing, damaged or returned to sender, contact us so we can investigate with the carrier. Applicable rights to delivery, cancellation and refunds remain unaffected.
